PP Rico formlally turns over the leadership of RCMBA to Pres Yolly last June 10, 2008 during the Club Handover at Basilio's Restaurant. It was done early because he is leaving for the US to attend the RI Convention in Los Angeles. Capping his term, IPP Rico gave awards and special recognitions to several club members for their outstanding contribution to RCMBA.
