RCMBA's Community Service Director Noi Alunan represented RCMBA on the D3830 Advocacy Seminar which tackled the "Rotary Watch" and the "Four-Way Test Dissemination for Children" projects, held at the Makati Sports Club last Sep. 13, 2008.

Rotary Watch was presented by PP Abert Garcia of RC Makati Forbes Park, which aims to foster closer ties beteen the community and law enforcement for the immediate reporting and prevention of crimes.  A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between Rotary and the Philippine National Police wil be executed to formalize the project's implementation.

The Four-Way Test for Children, on the other hand, was discussed by PP Tess Filoteo of RC Muntinlupa Central, which is intended to teach school age children on the values of Rotary's "credo" to help build them into repsonsible members of the community.  RCMC recently signed a MOA with the governement of Muntinlupa to initiate the teaching of the 4-Way Test to pre-school students of the City.
