VOCATIONAL TALK, BABY ROTARIAN JOIE

On its regular meeting on the first day of the love month of 2011, RCMBA had for guest speaker D3830 Coordinating Chair for Vocational Service Beth Rabuy. She talked about Vocational Service and why it's a major Avanue of Service in Rotary. Truly, nobody could have articulated it better than DCC Beth. The meeting was highlighted with the induction of new member, Josephine "Joie" Yasay, a biologist educated in Germany and currently heads a Hong Kong-based company engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of medical education teaching aids. Baby Rotarian Joie was charged by DCC Beth and indcuted by PP Rico. She is a recruit of Pres. Robbie Bonoan.
The club is happy to welcome Joie to the RCMBA family, who, by the way, is an avid golfer with a 16 handicap that got PPs Rico Ocampo and Chochit Tobias excited for a potentially challenging game. |
